Polis’ activities at the international level must be seen as complementary to its actions at other levels. Due to the nature and specificities of the themes that Polis addresses, we consider that involvement at the international level does not lessen effectiveness of activities at the other levels, as the international demands received by Polis are on the rise. On the other hand, the increase in international ties in the area of civil society, the expansion of the altermondialiste (“another world is possible”) brings new challenges and opportunities.
